Privacy policy
We collect user data. That includes the email and password you use to create an account, subscription and payment metadata via Stripe, search queries (USDOT, MC, or name), and technical logs such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamps.
We use that data to run cabdataadvantage.com, bill the $20/mo subscription, show the live feed, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information for money.
Named third-party collectors: Stripe (payments and billing portal), Cloudflare (hosting and Pages Functions), and Supabase (authentication and database). Public carrier records come from FMCSA / Motus sources. We do not list secret keys here.
This product is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Do not use it if you are under 18.
To request deletion of account data we control, email from the address on the account with the subject Data deletion request, or use the form below. We may keep billing, tax, security, or legally required records. Public FMCSA filings are government records and are not deleted from those agencies because you closed an account.
Terms of service
Cab Data Advantage is for lawful trucking and insurance research only. Records can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Presence or absence of insurance, BOC-3, or MC data is not advice and not a finding that a carrier is safe or unsafe to hire.
Do not use this site as a consumer report or for FCRA eligibility decisions (credit, employment, insurance underwriting, or housing).
Refunds, cancellation, and auto-renewal
Paid access is billed through Stripe at the price shown (Subscribe · $20/mo). There are no extra hidden fees at checkout beyond taxes Stripe may collect.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Stripe emails a receipt for each charge as a renewal reminder. Cancel from Account → Manage billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal — the same Stripe flow used to sign up, not a longer process. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe shows otherwise.
For a refund request, reply from your account email after opening Manage billing, or write from that inbox with the subject Refund request.
Cookie policy
Essential storage keeps you signed in (session tokens in sessionStorage). We do not load extra analytics pixels on this site. The cookie banner lets you confirm that choice. You can reject extra cookies and still use Log in, Subscribe · $20/mo, and Search carrier.
